it's common practice in structural enginering to build 5 times stronger than required as a safty margin.
i have never come across a chart specificly created for windmills.

Does anyone have a spread sheet of what pole/mast material and dimension would be best for any windmill, given factors such has: height, weight, w/ or w/o stays?
